RECOMMENDATIONS

Plan your trip: check opening, closing times, and days. Reserve accommodation. Arrange transport to and from the exhibition. The access to the fair will be indicated many km ahead.

Contact manufactures of machinery/products of interest. It is often important to know something about a product beforehand. Make inquiries about machinery/products you are interested in to find out if that machinery is being displayed, or demonstrated, where and when.

Remember to bring suitable clothing. With mountainous climates, a sunny day can suddenly become cold and turn into a rainy day. Warm clothing and boots, in particular, are an essential item to pack.

If you arrive by car please use the car park provided, and take the free exhibition bus to mount Armayán, only 4 kilometres from the car park. Arriving by bus one has direct access into the exhibition area.

For your safety please adhere to recommendations, and follow all signs displayed. Remember there are large heavy machines working under difficult conditions. Never cross into the cordoned off security areas, these indicate risk beyond the point of the tape.

Please enjoy your visit, there is seldom the opportunity to view such a concentration of big forest machinery working under real working conditions , this exhibition only takes place once every two years.
