The price of the tent includes:

etc (provided that there is no occupancy problems and Asturforesta committee considers it suitable. |

The plot/ tent, except the electric hook up(optional). |

The pass card allows for the use of fair facilities and participation

CLIENTS INVITATIONS - EXHIBITORS ENTRANCE BADGES - PARKING PASS.
In proportion to your stand surface, you are entitled to a number of free invitations for your clients, to an
exhibitor entrance badge, an exhibitor parking pass and an exhibitor parking pass to the stand:

SERVICES
Cleaning: The cleaning of roads, corridors, and common areas is naturally the responsibility
of the Asturforesta organisers. The organisers can arrange, for an extra charge, the cleaning of
exhibitors stalls. This service can be requested on the application form.
Sanitary services: during the three day event there will be ample sanitary units with
attendants installed around the exhibition area.
Loading and unloading: a loading and unloading dock/bay will be provided inside the exhibition area
to facilitate goods transported by truck.
Personal Announcement system: Messages can be made on behalf of exhibitors and megaphones are
located throughout the exhibition area advising visitors of pending and current activities.
Sales and conference rooms: furnished sales and conference rooms are available to exhibitors
for negotiating sales or, by agreement, other related activities.
Exhibition administration offices: Asturforesta has permanent offices open before and after the
exhibition, between 8:00 -15:00 h. During the exhibition the main office is open between 9:00 h - 21:00 h
and located within the exhibition grounds.
